It is wishful thinking dude. Try wearing a condom when she goes down on you. The warts in question ma not travel to her face, but it will be in her mouth and oral cavity and could possibly obstruct her airway if left untreated. Any STD which is left untreated may eventually kill you. There are many famous and powerful men in history who have died due to STD infection. Look it up if you don’t believe me.

Yeah I think it can pass to your mouth and lips etc.. she should see a doctor and get tested and treated. Genital warts can cause other problems in women nad men esp. fertility problems! And besides its gross not to treat. ANd how do you have a "minor case"???
