Don’t have sex with anyone until it’s healed.
You can’t get and STD from j/o, it has to be trasmitted from a contaminated person/item.
Anyone can get an infection from a cut, but usually that doesn’t happen.
Let it heal. If it isn’t getting better, go see a doctor. Don’t play with it until it’s fully healed, and next time don’t j/o so much. It’s a tender organ, and you only have one, so be nice to it.
