Well, that IS kinda gross, dude. Seriously, Its not like its all that difficult to wash up daily. I take it from your question, that either your grosser than pig-pen, or your uncircumsized, and yes, you can in fact get an infection from not keeping that clean. Wash yourself up, so you don’t reek down there, and take yourself to the doctor. Get circumsized if your not willing to commit to general hygene. At least wash it before you go to sleep at night.
Well if you think about if you don’t keep ur mouth clean thats dangerous that why u brush ur teeth and go to the dentist. So the same as with ur penis and u dont keep it clean it can be dangerous and end up maybe being somethin serious later on. So u wud want to keep that clean if u r goin thru that. hopefully ur not but still.
