Sounds like HPV. Obviously you need to go to the doctor……Or how about this, ignore it, let it spread, and pass it on to others……..
HPV strains have there favorite places to live. The ones that cause warts on your hands don’t typically cause warts on the genitals. That being said, it is possible for them to cause warts anywhere. Good luck.
