I have had the same thing before. All i can say is go see a doctor ASAP. The earlier the better.
I think its not genital warts but in-grown hair follicles that are like zits but the puss is not soft (like a liquid) they are hard … maybe this sounds crude but wash your balls man =) lol the cleaner you can be the better its kinda like athletes foot on your manhood. Its not serious as long as the spots aren’t growing on your actually testies… they should be just under the skin … like protruding through … I have the same thing and it really worries me some times but idk what to do … I really would feel like an idiot going to the doctor but I know I should … Hey! we’ll go together lolz jk jk but like the other guy said … doctor is a good place to start
but just remember as long as it doesn’t look like broken skin or like a wound or anything you are ok … its probably not warts because they are really gross…
