Could be little specks of smegma, try washing it off.
Alternatively they could be pearly penile papules, they are harmless white dots appearing on the penis, google pictures of that to compare.

It sounds like smegma, which is secretions and dead skin cells, no big problem.
Just clean your penis daily, don’t use harsh soaps, or it may irritate your skin.
You’re lucky to have a foreskin, which is the normal and natural state of man.
i have gotten that before..nothing serious..mine was like purple around it though with semi white spots..but no worries,your fine
The dots are most likely either a bit of smegma that needs to be washed out, or Fordyce’s spots. I have included links for you. No worries.
the little white dots in the corner are there . they are waiting to come out of the corner to fight . ring a bell or something . then watch they will move to the center.
your 12 . your ding dong is not clean. take a daily shower and wash that area. dont be afraid of really using some soap on it.
That might be the yeast, if you doubt please go to doctor. Usually yeast was shaped in creamy sometimes mixed a bit grease dirt. It’s normal, urine sometimes contains that.

Just pull back your foreskin and wash with soap and warm water. Rinse well. Do this 3-4 times per day and you should be fine. It is imperative for an uncircumcised male
to keep himself very clean as he can infect his wife or
girlfriend with harmful bacteria. Keep it as clean as you do your mouth and you will be fine.
wash your self good because my cousin has the same thing if not see a DR. . clean it really good it maybe from not cleaning when you were younger try. cleaning it or going to the dr. they will help. look at google pictures to compare it can be little specks of smegma
