Genital Warts are a virus. You don’t need sexual contact. But, you don’t sound like you have that. Have you been sweating alot? Are you physically active? You may just have a fungus and need something like tinactin like for athlete’s foot and jock itch. Call your doctor. You’re old enough to do that if you don’t want to talk to dad, but I think it would be better to speak to your guardian.
