I doubt you have genital warts.
The warts you get on your hand are caused by a different strain than that generally associated with Genital Warts
You could have molluscum contagiosum or pearly penile papules.. email em if you want to get more information

Any sort of warts are the result of HPV Human Papilloma Virus. This also causes genital warts.
