If you mean the small white ones on the rim where the head meets the shaft then you don’t. They are the same kind of bumps on the areola of a nipple. They are oil glands and are supposed to be there. Some of us have more of them and some have less. Remember, you only have one penis and if you still want to screw with it, don’t screw with it.
