never heard of them on the head but on the base of the penis and on the scrotum they are hair ducts (where the hair comes from).

Mr. James Taylor…good to hear from you again. First off dont try to use Bjore strips like you did last time to take them off. Second stop putting your manhood in places it shouldnt be…produce, mushroom patches, animals and that girl you live next to are all off limits. Third, when you push your head in and try to make it look like a belly button you might be causing pressure that resluts in the white bumps popping up (its funny but it has its lasting effects).
