May I suggest that you refrain from sexual contact with your partner until such time as you have been treated and given the 100 % all clear.
Genital warts are treatable.
I would also suggest that you are honest and tell the person that you have the condition. They have a right to know.
If this person loves you – they will stick around and help you through this.
You also need to slow down and practise safe sex in the future – for your sake and your future partner (s)

Sorry pal, but unless she already has genital warts, she must leave your relationship. Why would she want to contract genital warts? Why would you want to transmit them to her? You have a difficult condition that is going to be a long-term problem in forming relationships.
I am a female, and i also have genital warts. Its not that big of a deal like most people think it is. No one can even tell i have them. There are ways of preventing her from getting them, such as condoms, or bandaids over the warts while having sex. But if you get your warts removed, or use the cream to make them go away, then as long as you dont have a outbreak, chances are she wont even get them… And about telling her, tell her all the details about it, print up some sheets so she can be more detailed about whats going on. Let her know that you love her, and you care about her, which is why your telling her in advance, let her get used to the idea, and let her know it cant kill her or anything like that. you must tell her… if her love is real and lasting, there won’t be an issue. If you wear a condom, you won’t pass them on to her, and if she has had the guardisil shot she is protected anyway. Consider it a test of her professed love.
You should sit her down and tell her your story. Also, i think providing her with some information about how you can take measures to prevent her from getting them will ease her worries. 2) try to somehow lengthen the time while you are getting rid of warts! give here oral sex or somehow avoid sex where your penis is involved!
and when you are without genital warts then you can sit and tell her that you have HPV virus! (because HPV virus is that causes genital warts)!
