it is possible that they won’t resolve by themselves. also, it is possible for them to cause tissue damage and obstructions.
a very effective east indian treatment is:
internally take 3 neem bark or leaf capsules per day
2 turmeric capsules per day
1 black walnut per day
Externally, every other day, apply a paste of neem oil and turmeric powder (this is a very yellow staining ointment) perhaps consider investing in black underwear
and on the off days, treat with tincture of black walnut and tincture of arbor vitae.
The warts will be gone, internally and externally within a year, less if you are lucky.
Eventually they may go away, or it can potentially become worse, but why would you want to take that chance?
You should see a doctor because your warts can be cancerous, and that’s really not good.
The doctor can freeze them off, but if these warts are HPV related, then they may not go away completely as in there will still be a chance that they will appear at a later time, b/c HPV is a virus.
