Before you dive into the blog I just want to say one thing:
no matter how much you love your bf and you dont want to
embarrass him, if he has genital warts -
HE MUST TREAT IT.
Or you'll both suffer. Dont just let it be cause you'll pay dearly later on.
If you dont feel comfortable to confront him just do what I did - I got him this really amazing cure after seeing it on ABC news, and I used it to treat him without him even knowing anything about it :)
In the end of the day it doesnt really matter if you take this cure or any other
just treat it and dont ignore it.
Live healthy and enjoy my blog,
Suzi
if i got genital warts, when am i gonna actually see them?
and…can i get it from someone who was cured from it?
if i get it…is it easy to go away?
Genital warts are caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). The virus can cause the appearance of warts anywhere from a few weeks to a few years after contracting the virus.
If the person you have been in contact with no longer has the virus then you can’t contract it, BUT a person can be a carrier of HPV without showing signs. You can have an outbreak of genital warts then they will disappear and you can still have the HPV virus. I would suggest being screened by your doctor if you think you have been exposed to HPV.
There are many different treatment options for genital warts, but you must see your doctor for proper care. NEVER try to treat genital warts with any over the counter medication.
Hope this helps.
It’s very possible to contract the HPV virus (which causes genital warts) without ever actually having genital warts.
It is also very likely that you won’t contract HPV at all. Go to your gyn and get tested. That is the only way to know.
I had an abnormal pap smear ("precancerous cells") come back once (years ago) and was told it was always caused by HPV…yet I’ve never manifested genital warts. In fact, I’ve never had a wart anywhere on my body. (Go figure.)
