that’s not a genital wart. these are just regular pimples. the are just there unless you get them removed.
I have few on my body in different places. I wouldn’t worry about them, unless they are in a way or hurt.
You can get genital warts anywhere in your genital area, even your inner thigh, if that is where the infected person made contact with your skin.
Best thing to do is to go to a doctor and have them look at them. They can diagnose them by looking at them.
