You should stop sticking it in places where it doesn’t belong.
Cream will not make warts go away. They WILL go away over time but this could be years. The only way to remove them in the short term is going to the dermo and getting them removed.

it can be something really bad and that may need to be checked, Doctors are scary i know but hey they help, go before it get’s worst dont hold back, dont buy medical stuff at the store because you can buy something and apply it to your penis and it can somehow make it worst or make it swollen/chemical reaction not a good idea
