Before you dive into the blog I just want to say one thing:
no matter how much you love your bf and you dont want to
embarrass him, if he has genital warts -
HE MUST TREAT IT.
Or you'll both suffer. Dont just let it be cause you'll pay dearly later on.

If you dont feel comfortable to confront him just do what I did - I got him this really amazing cure after seeing it on ABC news, and I used it to treat him without him even knowing anything about it :)

In the end of the day it doesnt really matter if you take this cure or any other
just treat it and dont ignore it.

Live healthy and enjoy my blog,
Suzi

Sexual contact causes genital warts. It is spread by a virus in direct contact to the area affected.

This means that you can get genital warts (more widely known as Venereal Warts) by genital to genital or mouth to genital, etc contact.

Here is a website for you to look at to learn more.

It’s an STD. No, you don’t have them if you have NEVER had ANY sexual contact.

    Go to the doctor.

Genital warts are sexually transmitted. If you haven’t had sex, then you don’t have them. If you have, then seek medical attention and make a OBGYN appt. They can tell you what you have. If you have genital warts they can cause you to become sterile, so go talk to your mom and make an appt. One of my friends got this and if she had not talked to her parents, then it would have caused her not to be able to bear children. If you are scared to talk to your parents, then go see a doctor on your own, but you will have to tell them if it is genital warts, because they have to be removed. Genital warts do not go away and can come back again and again, so remember to use safe sex all the time.

You don’t have to have intercourse to get the HPV virus that causes genital warts. If you and your partener were messing around and he/she carries the virus and your skin came into contact with it, you can get HPV and develop warts. Go to the doctor and get checked. I carry HPV without warts and have had my cervix "frozen" for cancer cells from the virus. They now have the vaccine available. Check out this web page for more info: http://www.niaid.ni.gov/factsheets/stdhpv.htm

Genital warts, otherwise known as HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) are absolutely not hereditary. Go to a doctor right away. I caught them in college and was fortunate enough to have only aquired a "weak" strain and it probably kept me from getting worse STDs because I started using condoms all the time. Warts are treatable; there is also a new shot you can get to keep from getting them (it’s a course of 3 shots over some months & is pricey), but it doesn’t take away the virus once you have it.

1 in 4 woman get HPV; something like 80% of women’s bodies naturally kick out the virus due to our immune systems. If this is the worst thing that ever happens as a result of unprotected sex, consider yourself lucky. Good luck.

If you are a Virgin, then you cannot have Genital Warts. Genital Warts are treated just like regular warts – they’re BURNED off. So if you are a virgin, and you have warts on your joo joo, you’re going to have to burn them off with acid, lazer, or the freezing treatment, and either one is not pretty. See a Dermatologist. He’ll tell you what you have and what to do about it. You may not have anything at all, just some irregular skin.

u aren’t born with warts. If you haven’t had any sexual contact with genitals or someone touching their genital who has warts this is not possible. Go online and look up pictures of genital warts. U can compare what you have to those pics to be sure. a note: females have natural tiny bumps that are oil glands. however, if you don’t know what warts are, you could get scared and think that they are when they are not.

1: This depends on your definition of "sex." If by "sex" you mean strictly vaginal, then yes you can still get STDs from anal or oral contact.
2:Ummm…I would see a doctor and/or talk to someone you trust about this, or at LEAST look stuff up on line from real medical sites so you’re more informed when you do see someone. I am no doctor, so I can’t say for sure–only a trained person who can have more info can say whether or not you have genital warts. I hope this helps!
