He may have an HPV (human papillomavirus) and it is contagious. It is a sexually trasmitted infection. If it goes untreated, you can get cervical cancer so I would stop having sex (even oral sex) with him until both of you are treated. Sometimes, the warts are not seen on men but he still carries HPV and pass it on to the women he slept/sleep with. It can be very serious so go see a doctor!
