Genital warts are skin colored, clustered and soft. You could have got them from anywhere. see the doctor and do what he says. Keep your fingers to yourself the next time around. Or, wash better.
those are penis papulas! it is not STD and nothing to worry about because penis papulas are harmles and very common thing! most of the men have them!
