Or you'll both suffer. Dont just let it be cause you'll pay dearly later on.
If you dont feel comfortable to confront him just do what I did - I got him this really amazing cure after seeing it on ABC news, and I used it to treat him without him even knowing anything about it :)
In the end of the day it doesnt really matter if you take this cure or any other

but when i get a pap smear they look for all that? and also does a pap smear test for hpv? i have little painless bumps on my stuff, but i have had them as a kid as long as i can rember but i was just told that i have severe dsylepsia or however you spell it, does this mean i have warts? ive never thought of the bumps untill now, they never grow or go away

If your pap came back normal then you are fine. During your pap….those bumps would have been visible to your dr and if they thought they were anything out of the ordinary then they would have tested your "bumps" with vinegar. Vinegar is what they use…they put it on the "bumps" and if they turn white then they are warts. Maybe try it at home in the bathroom with a mirror.
what…? Unrelated, pap smear is to check the cervix, but warts are usually close to the opening of the vagina, and have nothing to do with the cervix.
No, it does NOT mean that you do not have genital warts.
A "Pap" smear looks at cells from the cervix to determine if there are any abnormal cells (pre-cancerous or cancerous). That is ALL it does.
HPV = genital warts. If your pap was negative and you want tested for them, you’ll have to ask for an STD panel. Your pap can be negative and you can still have HPV, just as your pap can be positive and you don’t have HPV. If you have these bumps when you go to your ob/gyn, ask him or her to examine them again.

The lab doesn’t test for HPV with a normal or negative pap smear. If the pap comes back abnormal or atypical, then the lab will probably be asked by the doctor to test for HPV. The HPV strain that causes genital warts isn’t the same high-risk strain that puts you at risk for cancer.
I’m confused; your pap was normal but you have severe dysplasia?! Is this a follow-up pap? How long ago was your dysplasia staged and were you treated?
No, a routine pap will not screen for HPV, the virus that causes genital warts. If abnormal squamous cells are identified, the clinician has the option of ordering a PCR test on the sample ( if you had a liquid based test done, not a smear placed on a slide by your own doc) and this can identify presence and species of virus, or rule it out.
If I were you I would call your clinician and ask him/her any of the questions you still have. Focus on dealing with the dysplasia if you haven’t already been biopsied and treated.
Your pap smear just tests for HPV and abnormal cells, which could mean precancerous or cancerous cells. To get tested for STDS or genital warts you need to specifically ask your doctor to do that.
