No, it cant be detected through the blood, and furthermore men can not be tested for it. They can only be diagnosed by visual examination if they develop warts. Usually men carry it unaffected and pass it to women. You probably have hemorrhoids, which are just swollen veins in the recutm. Calm down. Gets some tucks pads or preparation H and see if they don’t get better. If they do that is what they are. If they don’t or even just for peace of mind go see a doc.
