There are loads of home remedies out there. Using garlic and Banana skins and taping them on the warts is meant to be good.Also using tea tree oil is supposed to work. Your best bet is going to the doctor and getting treatment of them first and then trying the home remidies at home afterwards.
You can slice them off with an exacto knife, if you can get 35%h202, once you cut it off, put a drop of the h202 on it and it will pretty much seal the incision and prevent infection, also the wart will probably never come back in that location, tea tree oil does not work, nothing really works, everything just aggrevates the virus except cutting it off, even freezing them doesnt work as well as it should. HPV is a VERY aggresive virus.
