no matter how much you love your bf and you dont want to
embarrass him, if he has genital warts -

warts are ALL caused by a virus, so either he doesn’t have warts at all, or he’s giving you a line.

Two situations here: first of all, all warts (genital or otherwise) are caused by a virus that infects the skin. Thus, to get a wart, you must be exposed to another person’s wart. (That means it’s contageous). However, if the guy has had these lesions since birth, then they are probably not warts; in that case, he might want to see his dermatologist in order to find out what they are and possibly have the condition treated.
