Most likely. Make a doctors appoitment first thing early in the morning and im sure you will be able to see a doctor on that same day. Just tell them you have white dots and you think they are warts. They will give you treatment. Good luck.
Oh and by the way… seriously there is NOTHING to be embarrassed about. It is an everyday thing that happens. No one will make fun of you, i promise.
