A couple of doctors said that it mite be pigmentation of the genital skin, there are these white dots over my penis head and shaft and i have used condylox cream in the past but the warts or pigmentation of the skin still came back…..months after they were removed from the skin, does anyone know some type of cream i can use or soap>? anything any advice will be helpful, pleeeeaaaaseee, i need help, please, thank you for your time.

well your doctor should have told you about prescription creams. Warts do return, so you can get them removed again, if it is only pigmentation then I don’t know but if they are warts again use: Imiquimod (Aldara), Podpophylin, , Trichloraccetic acid, Cidofovir gel. You’re doc should prescribe one of these if they are warts again. Don’t know about discoloration but keep using the creams till they disappear, if they can.
And also, warts are not permanent, the virus is.

back to the doc with you — they should blood test you to determine its a virus. there are pills you can get to control it. there is nothing over the counter that will work on it though.
ask your doctor about a cream named"ALDARA", it’s used for warts of all kinds..it does work,but it’s not a cure..especially for genital warts.they may go away,and stay gone,for a few months,or a few years.but once ya get them,you have them for life..
if its genital warts you be screwed, cause those are permanent and well sucks for you.
