I’m his first GF and he has had no sex at all. The bumps are no bigger then a pencil tip. He said they don’t itch or hurt or anything. I saw them cause we were about to give eachothers virginity to each other and he said "I have these bumps on my penis and I know it’s not an STD but what ever it is I don’t want you to get it". Normal papuoles, lots of gusy have them, dont worry.
Almost every guy has them, they are normal and not contagious.
i think you’re talking about Fordyce’s spots. they’re normal, look it up on google.
