sounds like genital warts caused by HPV. It isn’t proof that he’s cheating however, you could have given him HPV and not know you even have it. I’d not bother with getting checked yourself because if he has it or you have it, you both now have it. He should see his physician to make sure it isn’t anything more serious tho.
The small bumps could be just hair follicles.
the mole like should be checked out.
he might have HPV. the symptoms are small bumps known as genital warts. its hard to detect and sometimes wont show any signs of it for a long time
