Go to the doctor!!!! Theres something horribly wrong.
You should have been seen a doctor on when the 1st bump occurred! Now your at about 20. Are you cleaning yourself properly?
You should def. go to your doctor to rule out any STD’s. I wouldn’t trust anything else until you know the real cause of the problem.
You could try hand cream, or first aid cream, but I think I’d share this with your doctor in case it calls for a more serious treatment (prescription cream, not a dickectomy!). It’s embarassing to go to the doctor for private stuff like this, but it may prevent something worse in the future.
go to a female doctor. she will be more help then a heathly male doctor.
they sound exactly like fordyce spots (do a wiki or web search on them) they are normal and harmless

Rub lemon juice on your penis and then melt some chocolate and smear it on your penis. Do this daily until these bumps go away and if they don’t go away in about 2 weeks go see a doctor. He may find that there is a deeper problem than it would appear.
