Pimple sized bumps observerd on the base of penis. is it herpes or the early stage of hiv infection?

These bumps are NOT a sign of HIV. Whatever you may have, HIV is not going to manifest as "bumps" on you anywhere. It does sound like you have some kind of STD. The good news is, STDs are largely treatable– get to a doctor a.s.a.p. and in the future, try to avoid the hookers
First of all, why the hell would you have sex with a hooker, Are you stupid. Clearly you have a STD that satarts with an H, their are 4 of them, HIV, harpies, hepitites, and somethin else. Anyways, go see a damn doctor before you get worse.
I’m not sure what it would be but I’d definitely recommend you going to a doctor and getting tested for everything under the sun.
Having sex with a hooker is very high risk…just like herpes and warts are common in porn stars, I’m sure they’re even worse in hookers.
