HE MUST TREAT IT.

Our adopted 4 year old has just shown up with genital warts around his anus. His parents HPV and genital warts on and off. Now the doctors, who will report ot child services our situation. Say it is rare to contranct in pregnancy & delivery. We beleive that we are not abusers and are trying to find tests that will give us a clean slate and alert this issue to possible delivery or invetro.HELP US Find HELP.

Also, can they spread to other parts of the body? I have one on each hand & they’ve been there for a while since a little bit after I got an std. I know I am going to see my doctor but what’s your advice?

I had a D&C procedure last October due to blighted ovum (its supposedly my 1st baby) then genital warts started to appear just a few days after it. My husband and I had no sexual contact that time so its not possible that I just got it from him. I just had a papsmear last Sept when I found out I was pregnant and no sign of HPV was seen. Is it possible that I am already a carrier of HPV for quite some time already and D&C only triggers the genital warts. My husband confessed even before we got married that he acquired STD 5-6 years ago and I had only sex with him.

My boyfriend got them. I show no signs. Could we have had HPV for 4 years OR did he cheat? How can something be in your system for 4 years & not show up. I know I have only been with him for 4 years. I go to the Dr. Friday to get checked out. ugh

I am deeply in love with my boyfriend. We haven’t done anything yet. I just figured it was because he was a gentle man. He told me he had an out break every now & then. He isn’t sure, even a little scared to get it looked at. I want to know when i make him go to the doctors how long the treatment will take & if he will ever be cured? The doctor treated me on Friday, and she used the freezing thing.. It hurt like hell, honestly don’t think i’ve been in so much pain in my life. & she told me to come back in one or two weeks for more treatment. It’s really disgusting and embarrassing, I was just wondering how long it usually takes for the warts to go away after treatment.. because there is no improvement & its been a few days.
