There are small, painless, effectless, bumps on my penis. I have not had sex, I urinate perfectly fine, and I ejaculate perfectly fine. I dont know what they are. They are on my testicles a little, and on the bottom half of the shaft of my penis. What are they? They cant possibly be a STD Though.
