I have noticed that in the last couple of days, I have a pain in my penis after ejaculation. It a dull achy pain mostly on the top part of the penis. I do not drink a lot of water. Do you think this needs medical attention or do you think I should wait for a while and then see a doc?
P.S. I am 21 yrs old and I have the hottest girlfriend on the planet. When stuff like this pops out in life, it hurts!
