I just realized I have genital warts (HPV) I was sexually assaulted 6 months ago. I was in denial for a long time.

so i noticed these bumps on my penis a long time ago and read up on them and im pretty sure it’s not an std and little hairs grow out of them but i don’t know how to make them go away…also i had an open cut on the top of my penis and it kept re-opening and now is a scar…when me and my girlfriend have sex it re-opens sometimes and is very annoying! any suggestions on how to make the scar go down?? also the other night we had sex and then my penis hurt extremely bad under the head…i used the bathroom and it went away…
