I have hundreds of tiny bumps on my penis. Some very tiny, some about a millimeter. I have been to 4 dr’s over the years and they all say oil glans. But they are refering to the bigger ones. They are white in color. Some extremely tiny and some easily visible without getting close. When erect, they all are clearly visible.
