Should I be afraid? These warts are extremely small and barely bulge out, I am pretty sure this is not herpes. But I have never had sex so how could I have got it?

I now have a buring sensation around the tip. I’ve been tested for all std’s and nothing. I’ve been doing this for years. Lately it had been more often though. It is the underside of the shaft that hurts.
