If you dont feel comfortable to confront him just do what I did - I got him this really amazing cure after seeing it on ABC news, and I used it to treat him without him even knowing anything about it :)
In the end of the day it doesnt really matter if you take this cure or any other

There are no home remedies. You’ll have to go to the doctor who can perform 1 of 3 procedures: 1. Cryotherapy – this technique freezes the wart using liquid nitrogen 2. Laser treatment 3. Electrodesiccation – this technique uses an electric current to destroy the warts. I know the options kind of suck, but it’s the only way. Hopefully, they won’t come back (chances are, they won’t). Check out the website below. It will shed some light.

Pretty much what the other person said. The freeze them off. There is no home remedy.
If you can handle pain and dont mind the sight of blood you can exacto them off yourself with a sawing motion, the blade should be burned and wiped with rubbing alcohol before starting, when moving on to the next do the same. If you can get a hold of 35% hydrogen peroxide, that will stop the bleeding immediately, as to avoid the virus from infecting other parts, the blood can infect. Do each one individually, put a drop of h202 on it and this literally burns it shut, put a piece of masking tape over it after 10 minutes and clean it every few hours and apply a new piece of tape, this should be done for several days until it can be seen that it will no longer bleed, reapply h202 if you need to. 3% will NOT work. If you follow my steps, they should never regrow in the same area again, if they do, do it again and again and eventually it will stop.
Freezing them DOES NOT work, applying ointments DOES NOT work, your best bet is to slice them off, everything else just pisses the virus off. I do not recommend using current at home to try and remove it, you will probably electrocute yourself and end up killing yourself. The only home remedy that works is what i tell you, everything else is just nonsense that gives temp unsatisfactory results.
Tea tree oil, Castor oil, Apple cider vinegar, Aloe vera juice …all these herbal extracts can be used in treating genital warts at home.
You have to know though that, although these remedies are safe and very effective, you have to be patient and consistent with them.
They must generally be applied a couple of times each day and several weeks of consistent treatment may be needed.
