You really should get them treated by a doctor. Do NOT use over the counter products or any "home remedies". This can irritate the skin even more and burn it! Over the counter medication for warts is for hand and feet warts. It is too strong for a sensitive area like the genital area.
I would suggest you go to your doctor. They can give you a prescription for some cream. Aldara and Condylox cream are available with a prescription and you can apply them at your home at your convenience. I personally used Aldara cream, and although it took about a month for the warts to completely go away, it was well worth it!

these warts are due to a virus; you can get rid of them by excision; or cryolaser therapy; or applying a liquid duophilm containing a acid ;but be careful to apply duophilm it is dangerous if you apply it on normal skin;apply it on proper surface of wart 3 times a day ;untill they completely removes;
If nothing else works for you, I guess you will have to have them surgically removed. I’ve only heard of the OTC wart remover. And you do NOT want to use that stuff in that area.
