I have a question for you; did you have sex with your present boyfriend before you were diagnosed with HPV? If she he most probably already shares your HPV type. Most men carry the virus with no visible signs or symptoms. So it is best to assume your partner already shares your virus type. You and your partner will not ping pong the virus back and forth.
Some studies have shown that using condoms may help your virus regress. Condoms may provide some protections but are not 100%.
In answer to your question condoms do not prevent transmission of the virus.

chances are high..hpv can be spread even with a condom because the condom does not cover the whole area…high risk hpv is like a invisible rash surrounding the whole gentital area………but nothing major will happen to a guy who gets it…there body, most of the time fights it off..it is rare if they get penis cancer but it can happen…but this will take years…good luck
With a condom, there is still a chance that those love juices will flow down the condowm and hit the bare base of his skin and make contact with this testicles. My advice would be to quit having sex. If i were your boyfriend i would rather be with you and not have sex, rather than be with you and have to go get my ball sack warts burned off.
