Well I went to a prostitute too and also got red bumps. I went back to her and she said that it was nothing and that I shouldn’t worry about them.
I then showed my uncle Robby a week or two ago and he said that they look like an insect has implanted larva into me. He also has these bumps around his anus.
So all in all, there probably isn’t too much to worry about since the working girl said what she did, and if its larva then your immune system will just kill it off.

It sounds like herpes- this is a viral std that is highly contagious. While treatable, is not curable. The bumps will go away with anti-virals, but can be spread to others even if no bumps are visible. The next prostitute or who ever you decide to have sex with, you should be straight up and be honest. Make sure you don’t forget to wear a condom the next time.
