You definitely need to go see a doctor about that. Its better for a doctor to tell you what it is (no matter how humiliating at the time) than to self diagnose over the Internet. It may be embarrassing, but it will be much better for you in the long run.
What you have my friend is called pearly penile papulus ( i think that’s how you spell it. i have had them to. there are nothing to worry about. and as you age you will out grow them. I would research a little bit about them, or go talk to a dermatologist or your regular doctor. it may be embarrassing or uncomfortable, but that’s what they are there for.

You need to seek medical attention, sounds like it could be genital warts. You can carry the virus for some time without having a breakout. If this turns out to be the case, the warts themselves can be treated but you’ll need to wear a condom in the future to avoid passing the virus to a partner.
