Before you dive into the blog I just want to say one thing:
no matter how much you love your bf and you dont want to
embarrass him, if he has genital warts -
HE MUST TREAT IT.
Or you'll both suffer. Dont just let it be cause you'll pay dearly later on.
If you dont feel comfortable to confront him just do what I did - I got him this really amazing cure after seeing it on ABC news, and I used it to treat him without him even knowing anything about it :)
In the end of the day it doesnt really matter if you take this cure or any other
just treat it and dont ignore it.
Live healthy and enjoy my blog,
Suzi
I was bathing my 10 month old son and gently washing his penis. I noticed these little white bumps on the rim of the head of his penis. I couldn’t wash them off and the more I tried the more upset he got. I know it’s a sensitive area so I left it alone, dried him off well, put some Aquaphor on the area and he went to bed. But now I’m concerned. We give him a bath everyday and he gets cleaned very well after every dirty diaper. He is also circumcized. What could this be? Thank you.
Yeah Tracey, I plan on taking him to the dr but I just noticed them and it was 8:00 at night. I can get some opinions while I wait to take him.
This could be another option: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fordyce%27s_spots
Fordyce spots.
If he seems to have problems with them then maybe take him to see the doctor to see what they say?
It could be mulluscum contagiosum, which is fairly common in children.
If they don’t go away within a few days, see the doctor. If it’s MT, there are chemical treatments that will remove them effectively and with little pain for your son.
If that was my son I would take him to the doctor instead of asking for non professional help.
If they’re on the rim of the head of the penis, they sound like pearly penile papules. They’re normal and harmless. A pediatrician could confirm that during a check up.
