You need to gently exfoliate the skin to remove the dead skin cells that are trapping the hair. I wouldn’t recommend washing with something very abrasive like a loofah, that’s fine for the rest of your body, but for that delicate skin, a wash cloth should do just fine. After a couple of weeks of washing with the washcloth, the bumps should start to go away.
If you want to speed things up, try this:
1) After showering, apply a warm, damp towel to the affected area and leave until the towel cools. This will help soften the skin so the ingrown hair can more easily be lifted.
2)Pat the skin dry.
3)Carefully lift the ingrown end of the hair out with tweezers, but don’t pluck the hair all the way out from the root; this will only make the hair grow back deeper. Be sure to only free the ingrown end of the hair from your skin.
4)Apply witch hazel to the affected area to reduce redness and swelling.
To prevent the hairs from ever coming back, you might want to see a dermatologist for electrolysis.
you dont really want to rid them. the reason they are there. is for the woman it gives her more pleasure when having intercourse. and really if your not going to go up to people and tell about your bumps on your ding dong. really no ones really going to know.
so would you stop already and be happy you have the bumps. ask the women they love them.

If a trip to the derm. office i out of the question, do what I do about every 6 months, NARE.
I have heard that it can be dangerous and kills sperm blah blah blah. I have done it for years and am a father of 3 healthy children 2 ~ 16. So soak then release, seek a dermatologist to remove any unwanted hair or self medicate with hair removal over the counter products.
