I don’t know. But as long as you have them, you are contagious. If you get any of that stuff on your mucus membranes, it’ll hurt like crazy! Better to go to a doctor & get the proper treatment.

First of all, it’s important to know that warts on the skin (such as on the fingers, feet and knees) and warts on the genitals are removed in different ways. Don’t try any home remedies or over-the-counter drugs to remove warts on the genital area. You could hurt your genital area by putting certain chemicals on it.
You can’t do that at all. Genital warts are not 1 or 2 warts here and there…. they are hundreds of tiny little bumps.
Over the counter remedies don’t work well even on one wart. I had to bring my son to the dermatologist to have it frozen off after trying everything under the sun.
That’s what they will use on you in the doctor’s office… they sort of freeze it off. The get the whole area — completely. It’s VERY important because genital warts is highly contagious and it leads to cervical cancer.
It’s not worth your life!
