Dude it normal, like that one guy said its the pore where your hairs grows out of, the ones on the higher part of the shaft are underdevelop (genetics), so hair doesn’t grow there.
Let me guess….u can see them only if u stretch or pull your shaft/penis skin but u cant see it if its just normal not stretched rite? tell me iam rite

see a doctor. Sounds like you have an STD.
Normal, they the pores in which your hair will grow, or you just have dirt in those pores, bath regularly expecially after strenuous excercise, but those bumps are not of concern.
I am almost certain that these bumps are nothing to worry about. They are kind of hard, but not sore or anything? They are usually around the first 1/3 of the shaft and testicles. Talk sex with sue johansen talked about this one night. Try going to her website and see what you can find. Oh and don’t squeeze them, you could irritate them, causing inflammation and a whole bunch of soreness. Hope this helps!
See a doctor. You want to be sure you don’t have genital warts; probably not, but you need to know WHAT it is, for sure.
