If what you see are little white bumps that resemble tiny zits around the base of the head of the penis, then what you may be referring to is called pearly penile papules. It is very common, and not a disease or something which you can pass on to someone else. Don’t be discouraged by it, as most females never notice them and if they do just explain it, they will understand little buddy. I recommend that now you have a name you search it on google.
