i have them too! with all the research I’ve done, i still cant manage to figure out what they are called but must thing have said they are completely harmless skin blemished. They aren’t like a zit but more like an ingrown hair just without the pain! Its probably not necessary to see a doctor unless you really think you need to. I hope i helped.
